Used nettle for years for mild asthma and allergies. I reach for it immediately when I feel sneezing coming on or slight lung tightness. Works very fast, no side effects - in fact, this stuff is good for you! Also use it for congestion from colds and flus. My family members love it too. I take two pills at a time for quick action, sometimes 6 or 8 per day as needed. Helps soothe and open the respiratory system. Does not burp up and do not have to have it with meals. Very easy on the system.
