I didn't notice much of a difference but I don't think it hurt me.

I took this supplement for about 2 1/2 weeks, multiple times a day because I had read it helps with gastritis. It didn't hurt me but it didn't help me. So I can't really recommend it and overall it was a bit of a waste of money. I will say that the ingredients list was very promising and it's possible that it helped me to eat a bit more when I was extremely uncomfortable but, can't say for sure. Ultimately, I think other supplements like DGL licorice root, slippery elm, marshmallow root, zinc carnosine, etc are probably more effective to treat this condition.
