I have switched to mega red and I know that mentally and physically it has changed me internally and externally. I can tell which seems strange but i have this one small mole that literally changes depending on quality of fish oil I take. It gets itchy and will scab if I unless I take quality fish oil. I have talk to my Dr. and they agree it looks better when I take Mega Red and it is proof of physically health and i know it works internally because also my digestion is better along with moods.
