Taste: Very sweet. But I like how it smells and tastes. Dosage: I use only half of scoop in 0.5 bottle because it's too sweet. and I'm only a 50kg girl. But even half of scoop brings me a significant energy boost in the gym workout. Also I want to admit - it's easy to mix with water, just de a couple shakes in a regular water bottle.
