3.5 hour labour for my first child!

I am super satisfied with this product as I gave birth to my son at home in just 3.5 hours and it went about as well and as fast as a birth possibly could! Praise God! My son was born exactly on his due date. There is no history of short labour in my family, my mom had a difficult and long labour resulting in a forceps birth. I attribute the short labour also to the fact that many people prayed for me and our priest friends were offering mass for me and I felt so much peace at the time when I had to push. In addition, I was going on regular long walks, following some simple pregnancy pilates workouts on YouTube, and I sat regularly on a birth ball while eating dinner or working on my laptop. I started the supplement by just taking half a capsule per day (pouring out half the content of the capsule), then 1 per day, then 2 per day. I found that 2 per day was actually too strong for me and it was causing many false contractions (Braxton-Hicks) that were actually making me a bit tired! I went back down to taking 1 per day in the last 2 weeks and some days I would skip it entirely if i had a lot of activity during the day. I hope you find this information helpful! I would recommend this product to any women who is able to safely take it!

We think it made a difference in her labour and delivery- her baby was born with no issues after only about 5 hours of labour. I also recommended that another friend of mine try this out. She also had a really great unmedicated labour and delivery that was less than 10 hours from start to finish! She said that she can't say for sure that the supplement helped, but she thinks it contributed!
