Good
This leucine powder is good, and having 400g grams at once gives you enough for 40 days. Be warned that it does not dissolve easily in water but this is a feature of real leucine, so you need to be patient when preparing it and/or use a blender. Leucine has many health benefits, one of the things it can help with is strengthening you pelvic floor. The taste does not bother me so I take it with water but you can take it with a protein shake or a smoothie or juice. Please click like if you found my review helpful.
Not instantized - origins?
So first of all, it's not instantized, so the powder will float on top when you mix it. Doesn't say where the leucine comes from, so had to search and apparently it's from fermentation of corn... Doesn't say it it's non-gmo though?? The taste is not as bitter as other leucine products, so that's a plus. But they could of added some sunflower lecithin to make it mix much easier!
